RE: APPROVE INSTALLATION OF TRAFFIC CONTROI, DEVICES AND ASPHALT
MARKING AT INTERSECTION OF WELD COUNTY ROADS 28 AND 41
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Engineering Department has
recommended to the Board that traffic control devices be installed
and asphalt marking be completed, as per the diagram attached
hereto and incorporated herein by reference, at the intersection
of Weld County Roads 28 and 41, to insure safety to the traveling
public, and
WHEREAS, the Board has determined that said traffic control
devices and asphalt marking are necessary for the protection of
the general public.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the Department of
Engineering be, and hereby is, directed to install traffic control
devices and complete the asphalt marking, as per the attached
diagram, at the intersection of Weld County Roads 28 and 41 , for
the safety of the general public, and that said signs must conform
to the State manual and specifications.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 20th day of
August, A.D. , 1990 .
