RESOLUTION
:WHEREAS, The Board of Trustees for Weld County Public
Hospital has presented warranty deed from Franklin J.
Green and Mary E. Green conveying to Weld County, Colorado
a tract of 21.49 acres, located adjacent to the City of
Greeley, in the West One-half (wi) of Section Seven (7),
Township Five (5) North, Range Sixty-five (65) , West of
the 6th P. M., being a tract on the north side of 16th
Street, projected in length 1335.27 feet on its west side
and 1328.1 feet on its north side and 701.3 feet along
its east side, for which property the said Board of
Trustees for Weld County Hospital has agreed to pay the
appraised purchase price of $12,069.50.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado that said deed shall be accepted
and said property is turned over to said board of Trustees
for a site for Weld County Public Hospital, to be used
as the main unit to be built for said hospital, all in
addition to the present unit now in use and located on
16th Street and 11th Avenue, Greeley, Colorado, heretofore
turned over to the control of said Board of Trustees.
The above and foregoinc; resolution, was or. motion duly
made and seconded, adopted by the following vote:
