GONZALES FOR PREADVERTISEMENT OF SPECIAL REVIEW PERMIT WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board has received a request from Jose A. Gonzales for preadvertisement of an application for a Special Review Permit to park ditch-lining equipment and store materials, and WHEREAS, said property is described as part of the NW4, Section 3, Township 5 North, Range 65 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, after study and review the Board deems it advisable to grant said request, with the hearing date to be set as August 25, 1993, at 10:00 a.m. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the request from Jose A. Gonzales for preadvertisement of an application for a Special Review Permit to park ditch-lining equipment and store materials be, and hereby is, granted.
