RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENTS TO WELD COUNTY BOARD OF PUBLIC HEALTH
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Dr. Vel Kailasam (District 3) , Jean
Maxey (District 4) , and Thomas Cope (At-large) be reappointed to the Weld County
Board of Public Health, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reappoint the abovementioned
individuals to said Board, with their terms to expire May 23, 1994.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Dr. Vel Kailasam, Jean Maxey, and Thomas Cope be, and
hereby are, reappointed to the Weld County Board of Public Health, with their
terms to expire May 23, 1994.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 13th day of May, A.D. , 1991.
