RE: APPROVE AUTHORIZATIONS TO RECEIVE OIL AND DIRECTION FOR PAYMENT TO
TEXACO TRADING AND TRANSPORTATION INC. -W 1/2, S6, T8N, R58W
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statue and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Texaco Trading and Transportation Inc., P.O. Box 5568, Denver, Colorado
80217-5568, has submitted two Authorizations to Receive Oil and Direction for Payment from leases
on the following property:
Township 8 North, Range 58 West, 6th P.M.
Section 6: W 1/2
Weld County, Colorado
WHEREAS, said leases are presently operated by Walsh Production, Inc., and
WHEREAS, after consideration, the Board deems it appropriate to approve said
authorizations.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the Authorizations to Receive Oil and Direction for Payment to Texaco
Trading and Transportation Inc. be, and hereby are, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chairman be, and hereby is, authorized
to sign said authorizations.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 28th day of November, A.D., 1994.

In the event of a dispute concerning title to any portion of the proceeds of this interest, 1'1'11 may hold the proceeds until it receives
evidence of title satisfactory to 1'1'ff. The undersigned agrees to notify MI in writing of any change in the decimal interest and all
changes shall be effective the first day of the month following 1'1'1Ts receipt of such notice. For any claims arising from the undersigned's
failure to pprovide written notice, the undersigned will fully indemnify and hold 1'1'11 harmless. If action or inaction by the undersigned
causes 'PPl'I to over-pay this interest, then 11'fl may recoup the overpaid amount from the undersigned's interests in other leases.
