NOTICE OF SPECIAL ELECTION FOR DISSOLUTION
IN RE THE MATTER OF THE DISSOLUTION OF
THE HUDSON SANITATION DISTRICT, WELD COUNTY, COLORADO, BY ITS
BOARD OF DIRECTORS,
Petitioner.
1. Pursuant to COLO.REV.STAT. §32-1-705 , notice is hereby
given o£ a special election to be held on Tuesday, March 5 /
1991, at the Hudson Town Hall, 557 Ash, Hudson, Colorado 80642 ,
from 7 : 00 o' clock a.m. to 7 : 00 o' clock p.m.
2 . To be decided at the election is the question of dis-
solution of the Hudson Sanitation District ("District") , in
accordance with the Plan for Dissolution ("Plan") approved by the
Court.
3 . Pursuant to COLO.REV.STAT. §32-1-705, the following
summarizes the Plan, which is contained in an "Agreement for
Assumption for Services, Plan for Disposition of Assets, and Plan
for Dissolution" ("Agreement") entered into by the District and
the Town of Hudson ("Town") :
The Plan provides for the Town' s assumption
o£ the District ' s services.
The Plan provides for transfer to the Town of
all District property and assets, as well as
all District leases, contracts, and permits.
The Plan states that the District has the
following financial obligations or outstand-
ing bonds:
1. General Obligation bonds issued in
1978 .
The Plan provides that pursuant to §32-1-
702 (3) (c) , C.R.S . , the District and District
Board shall continue in existence for the
sole purpose of providing for the payment of
said financial obligations or outstanding
bonds .

4 . The complete Plan is available for public inspection at
the office of the Town Clerk in Hudson Town Hall, 557 Ash, Hud-
son, Colorado 80642 , between the hours of 9 : 00 o ' clock a.m.
through 4 : 30 o ' clock p.m. , Monday through Friday.
