RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS TO WELD COUNTY COMMUNICATIONS ADVISORY BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant
to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the
authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Steven Modrell be reappointed to represent
Police Zone 4 on the Weld County Communications Advisory Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Tony Fahrenbruch be appointed to represent
Fire Zone 2 and Marion Richter be appointed to represent Fire Zone 3 on the Weld
County Communications Advisory Board, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reappoint Steven Modrell to said Board,
with his term to expire December 31, 1993, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Tony Fahrenbruch and Marion
Richter to said Board with their terms to expire December 31, 1993.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Steven Modrell be, and hereby is, reappointed to the Weld
County Communications Advisory Board, with his term to expire December 31, 1993.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that Tony Fahrenbruch and Marion Richter be,
and hereby are, appointed to the Weld County Communications Advisory Board, with
their terms to expire December 31, 1993.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following
