RESOLUTION
RE: CORRECTION TO LEGAL DESCRIPTION FOR ASSESSMENT OF COSTS OF
IMPROVEMENTS FOR WELD COUNTY CASA GRANDE/ENCHANTED HILLS
LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1989-2
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, on November 20 , 1989 , the Board did, by Resolution,
approve the Assessment of Costs of Improvements for Weld County

Casa Grande/Enchanted Hills Local Improvement District No. 1989-2,
including property owned by Barry and Rose Hanke, who were N N
described as "owners of Lot A of Recorded Exemption 498 , " and :,,,T,
WHEREAS , the Board has been advised that the legal
description of said property was not correct, and the reference to min

RESOLUTION
RE : ASSESSMENT OF COSTS OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR WELD COUNTY CASA
GRANDE/ENCHANTED HILLS LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1989-2
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado , pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Rome
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , in accordance with C. R.S. , Section 30-20-607, as
amended, a statement of expenses and apportionment has been filed
with the Weld County Clerk and Recorder by the Weld County
Engineer, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to C.R.S. , Section 30-20-608 , there has
been proper notice of this hearing and of the costs of the
improvements, and the share to be assessed to each lot, and
WHEREAS , there have been complaints and objections to the
assessment, specifically that of John and Myrna Folsom, regarding
Lots 5 , 6 , and 7 , of Block 2 , Casa Grande Estates Subdivision;
Barry and Rose Hanke, owners of Lot A of Recorded Exemption 498 ;
Rosa Davis , regarding property located in the SWI of Section lR ,
Township 2 North, Range 67 West of the 6th P.M. ; Bernard E. Teets ,
regarding property located in Section 20 , Township 2 North, Range
67 West of the 6th P.M. ; and Joseph and Sandra Lewis, regarding
property located in the SWI of Section 18 , Township 2 North , Range
67 West of the 6th P .M. ; and the Board has determined not to make
any modifications in the first apportionment and further
determined that the first apportionment is equitable, just , proper
and correct , and therefore the Statement of Apportionment filed
herein and attached hereto and incorporated by this reference as
Exhibit "A" stands as stated, and
WHEREAS , the Board finds that the properties generally
described herein as all lots and tracts within Casa Grande
estates ; all lots in Casa Grande Estates, First Addition, and
including that parcel adjacent to Del Camino Lane known as Lot A
of Recorded Exemption 498 ; all lots and parcels subdivided from
lots in Enchanted Hills Subdivision; each individual parcel of
land ad'cining Weld County Road 20 , from Weld County Read 13
heading east a distance of 1 . 59 miles ; all lots ad:oininc Weld
County Road 15 , between Weld Count- Road 20 and Weld County =cad
24 , and including those properties shown by the Weld County
Assessor as parcel 4121118000054 , and as recorded at Book 1121 ,
Reception. ;02125159 of the Records of the Weld County Clerk and
Recorder; parcel * 131118000043 of the records of the Weld County
Assessor , recorded at Book 1001 , Reception 401932:66 of the
Records of the Weld County Clerk and Recorder have specifically
