RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING ANTELOPE HILLS LAW ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, by Resolution dated June 10, 1991, the Board of County
Commissioners accepted the certification of Special Election held June 5, 1991,
thereby making July 10, 1991, the effective date for the creation of the Antelope
Hlls Law Enforcement Authority, and
WHEREAS, on November 4, 1991, the Board of County Commissioners did convene
as the governing body of the Antelope Hills Law Enforcement Authority, and
WHEREAS, the County Attorney's Office recommended the Board set the next
annual meeting date for said authority, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to set the next annual meeting for
the Antelope Hills Law Enforcement Authority as November 2, 1992, at 9:00 a.m.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the next annual meeting for the Antelope Hills Law
Enforcement Authority be, and hereby is, scheduled on November 2, 1992, at 9:00
a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted byLifiloiduh
the following vote on the 4th day of November, A.D. , 1991.
