The subject improverent, a 10x34 concrete platform scale with
scale house, was reappraised for 1993.
The subject improvements new ownership was not transferred to Mr.
Lavern Glover when purchased aprox. 10/87. Thus Mr. Glover did
Rot receive the Notice of Value on the subject property reminding
him of the assessed values and the appeal process.

This is to advise you that the Board of Weld County Commissioners will hear your
petition for tax abatement or refund on the property described as: Kersey
Scales, Kersey Imps only on R/R R/W SW'-, NW* 21/5/64. The meeting is scheduled
for Wednesday, December 16, 1992 at 9:00 a.m. at which time you may be heard.
The Assessor is recommending that the Board APPROVE your petition.
