RE: ACCEPT DONATIONS OF $100.00 EACH TO WELD COUNTY CRIME PREVENTION PROGRAM
BY LLOYD SEEKAMP SEED COMPANY, MARTIN PRODUCE COMPANY, AND CENTENNIAL AG
SUPPLY COMPANY
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Lloyd Seekamp Seed Company, Martin Produce Company, and Centennial
Ag Supply Company have each donated $100.00 to the Weld County Crime Prevention
Program, and
WHEREAS, it is the policy of Weld County to formally accept all donations
via resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the donations of $100.00 each by Lloyd Seekamp Seed
Company, Martin Produce Company, and Centennial Ag Supply Company be, and hereby
are, accepted and designated for use by the Weld County Crime Prevention Program.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that a copy of this Resolution, along
with a letter of appreciation, be forwarded to Lloyd Seekamp Seed Company, Martin
Produce Company, an Centennial Ag Supply Company.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 28th day of April, A.D. , 1993.
