HomeMy WebLinkAbout940585.tiff RESOLUTION RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT #1905 - ZAVALA WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, on the 15th day of June, 1994, considered the request of Daniel and Maria Zavala, 15124 Mary Avenue, Fort Lupton, Colorado 80621, for a mobile home to be used as a principal dwelling, and WHEREAS, said mobile home is to be occupied in an A (Agricultural) Zone District on a parcel of land being more particularly described as follows: Lot 3, Block 31, Aristocrat Ranchettes, Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard the testimony, finds that said request should be granted subject to the following conditions: 1. The applicant shall apply for a building permit for the mobile home prior to locating the mobile home on the property. 2. Prior to occupancy of the mobile home, the mobile home shall be connected to an approved septic system and legal water supply. If the legal water supply is to be a cistern, the applicant shall obtain a cistern permit from the Weld County Health Department. 3. The applicant shall be limited to one access to the lot. 4. The mobile home shall not be occupied until such time that the applicant has complied with the above mentioned conditions. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the request of Daniel and Maria Zavala for permission to place a mobile home to be used as a principal dwelling on the above described parcel of land, which was found to be in compliance with Section 43 of the Weld County Zoning Ordinance, be, and hereby is, granted subject to the hereinabove listed conditions. We have no objection to a cistern as long as the water supplier hauling water to the cistern is obtaining water from a legal source such as a municipality, water district or water company.
