RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF COMMISSIONER HARBERT TO ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT ACTION
PARTNERSHIP BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Commissioner Connie Harbert be
appointed to represent the Board of County Commissioners on the Economic
Development Action Partnership Board, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Commissioner Connie
Harbert to said board, with her term to be effective January 1, 1992, through
December 31, 1992.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Commissioner Connie Harbert be, and hereby is, appointed
to the Economic Development Action Partnership Board, with her term to be
effective January 1, 1992, through December 31, 1992.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 30th day of December, A.D. , 1991.
