RE: ACTION OF THE BOARD CONCERNING RENEWAL OF 3.2% BEER LICENSE FOR ALVIN AND
ABRAHAM GARCIA DBA GARCIA STORE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, as the local liquor licensing
authority for Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to §12-47-106(1) (b), CRS, and Weld
County Ordinance No. 102-A, may cause a hearing to be held on the application for
renewal of any liquor license previously issued, and
WHEREAS, Alvin and Abraham Garcia, dba Garcia Store, hold a State License
for the sale of 3.2% fermented malt beverages for consumption off the premises
only which expires October 8, 1993, and
WHEREAS, the Board did determine there has been shown sufficient cause to
schedule a renewal hearing for Alvin and Abraham Garcia, dba Garcia Store.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that a renewal hearing concerning the 3.2% Beer License, issued
to Alvin and Abraham Garcia, dba Garcia Store, be, and hereby is, scheduled on
October 20, 1993, at the hour of 9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 29th day of September, A.D. , 1993.
