FACILITY A public hearing was conducted on October 21, 1992, at 9:00 A.M. , with the following present: Commissioner George Kennedy, Chairman Commissioner Constance L. Harbert, Pro-Tem Commissioner C. W. Kirby Commissioner Gordon E. Lacy Commissioner W. H. Warden The following business was transacted: I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated September 1, 1992, and duly published September 10, 1992 and October 1, 1992, in the Windsor Beacon, a public hearing was conducted to allow citizens to review and comment on the performance of the County of Weld in carrying out their renovation of the Centennial Development Services, Inc. facility, which was financed with Federal Community Development Block Grant funds provided by the State of Colorado. Don Warden, Director of Finance and Administration, made this a matter of record. He stated the purpose of the hearing is to receive comments from interested citizens. There were no public comments. Mr. Warden stated that no written comments had been received. Since no public comments were received, no Board action was taken. This Certification was approved on the 26th day of October, 1992.
