RE: RESCIND APPOINTMENT OF COMMISSIONER KIRKMEYER AND APPOINT COMMISSIONER
WEBSTER TO WELD MENTAL HEALTH CENTER BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, on January 4, 1993, the Board appointed Commissioner Barbara
Kirkmeyer to the Weld Mental Health Center Board, and
WHEREAS, on January 11, 1993, the Board was informed that Commissioner
Barbara Kirkmeyer was appointed to said board in error, and it has been
recommended that Commissioner W. H. Webster be appointed to said board, with his
term to be effective January 1, 1993, through December 31, 1993, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to rescind the appointment of
Commissioner Barbara Kirkmeyer and appoint Commissioner W. H. Webster to
said board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the appointment of Commissioner Barbara Kirkmeyer to the
Weld Mental Health Center Board be, and hereby is, rescinded.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that Commissioner W. H. Webster be, and
hereby is, appointed to said board, with his term to be effective January 1,
1993, through December 31, 1993.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 11th day of January, A.D. , 1993.

Please add the following appointment to the board's Monday, January 11,
1993, agenda:
Weld Mental Health Center Board
W. H. Webster will be appointed as the county commissioner serving on this
board. His term will expire 12/31/93. Barbara J. Kirkmeyer was appointed
in error.
