NOTICE OF ELECTION
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN, and particularly to the electors of
the Beebe Draw Farms Metropolitan District of Weld County,
Colorado.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an election will be held on
Tuesday the 5th day of May, 1992 , between the hours of 7 : 00 o' clock
a.m. and 7 : 00 o'clock p.m. At that time, two directors will be
elected to serve a four-year term.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that applications for absent voter' s
ballots may be filed with the Secretary of the District at the
