RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS TO BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR NORTH COLORADO MEDICAL
CENTER
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Board of Trustees for North
Colorado Medical Center, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that LaRue Mondt be appointed to said
board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Kent Reitz be reappointed to said
board, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint LaRue Mondt to said board,
with her term to expire January 9, 1996, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reappoint Kent Reitz to said
board, with his term to expire January 6, 1996.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that LaRue Mondt be, and hereby is, appointed to the Board of
Trustees for North Colorado Medical Center, with her term to expire January 9,
1996.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that Kent Reitz be, and hereby is,
reappointed to the Board of Trustees for North Colorado Medical Center, with his
term to expire January 9, 1996.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 30th day of December, A.D. , 1992.
