RE: ACCEPT GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR WETLAND FROM BANK ONE, GREELEY, NA, TRUSTEE
FOR PARKER AND HOBBS - BRIDGE #14.5/25A
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a Grant of Easement for Wetland
from Bank One, Greeley, NA, as Trustee, A Corporation organized and existing
under the laws of the State of Colorado, as to an undivided one-half interest and
Agent for the remaining one-half interest of Mr. Robin Parker, Ms. Marian Parker,
Ms. Jan Parker Hobbs, Mr. Floyd Parker, and Ms. Helen M. Parker, for Bridge
#14.5/25A, with the terms and conditions being as stated in said easement, and
WHEREAS, said easement concerns property described as being in the S; NW*
of Section 31, Township 2 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County,
Colorado, being more particularly described in the attached legal description,
and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to accept said
easement, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by
reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the Grant of Easement for Wetland from Bank One, Greeley,
NA, as Trustee for the abovementioned individuals, be, and hereby is, accepted.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 25th day of October, A.D. , 1993.

GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR WETLAND
The undersigned fee owner of the following described parcel of land ( the
property ) , as "Grantor, " hereby grants and conveys to the County of Weld, a
political subdivision of the State of Colorado, as "Grantee, " an easement on,
over, across, and under the Property, for the purpose of establishing and
maintaining wetlands.
This Grant and Conveyance is made without warranties of title, but is
irrevocable and binding upon the Grantor, its successors, heirs, and assigns.
This Grant does not include any rights and interests in and to the oil, gas,
and other minerals in, on, and under the Property.
The "Property" is described in the attached Mitigation Area "B" and "C"
for the bridge 14.5/25A replacement project.

BRIDGE 14.5/25A REPLACEMENT PROJECT
LEGAL DESCRIPTION
A tract of land containing .030 acres more or less, in the South 1/2 of
the Northwest 1/4 of Section 31, Township 2 North, Range 66 West of the Sixth
Principal Meridian, In Weld County, Colorado, said tract or parcel being more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point 675 feet West of the Center Corner of Section 31,
and considering the center line of Section 31 bears due East and West with all
other bearings contained herein relative thereto; Thence due North 40 feet to
the point of beginning and continuing as described hereby;
Thence North 15 degrees West 120 feet;
Thence South 2 degrees West a distance of 80 feet;
Thence Southeasterly on a straight line to the point of beginning.
The above described parcel contains approximately .030 acres with .02
existing on County R-0-W and .01 acres outside County R-0-W.
