RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING CREATION OF WELD COUNTY ROADS 15 AND 84 LOCAL
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT N0. 1991-2
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, on August 21, 1991, a hearing was held to consider the creation
of a local improvement district on Weld County Roads 15 and 84, and
WHEREAS, at said hearing the Board deemed it advisable, due to a delay in
publication, to continue said matter to September 4, 1991, at 10:00 a.m.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the hearing to consider the creation of a local
improvement district on Weld County Roads 15 and 84 be, and hereby is, continued
to September 4, 1991, at 10:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 21st day of August, A.D. , 1991.
