Remove the existing steam boiler and furnish and install one (1) 300,000 MU hot water boiler. Install one (1:) hot water supply line to the second floor and twelve (12) feet of baseboard radiation. Furnish hot water pumps and controls for a complete working system. Amount $ 11,935.00. 2) Contractor to install the fire main line tan. This is an additional amount to install and repair all work that is necessary in the Pedestrian Mall. Amount $ 3,341,00 3) Contractor to furnish and install all electrical changes required to finish the electrical service problems for both the Human Services and Radio Station. Amount $ 5,843.75 4) Contractor to wrap 20 columns in basement as required by Building Inspectors. Amount $1,650.0 S) Contractor to add an additional 2 x 4 light fixture in stairway up to Radio Station. Amount $ 170.00 6) Contractor to add two dedicated receptacles required by United Way.
