2 . Petitioners are requesting an abatement/refund of taxes on
the subject property for tax year 1989.
3 . The parties agreed that the 1989 actual value of the
subject property should be reduced to:
Land $ 40, 000. 00
Improvement $200, 000. 00
Total $240, 000 . 00
4 . The Board concurs with the Stipulation.

The Respondent is ordered to cause an abatement/refund to the
Petitioners, based on the 1989 actual value of the subject property
as set forth in Paragraph 3 .
