BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF WELD COUNTY, COLORADO: WHEREAS, Section 29-1-111.5, CRS, 1973, as amended, provides that, if during NO the fiscal year, the governing board deems it necessary, in view of the needs of ° O the various offices or departments, it may transfer budgeted and appropriated monies from one or more spending agencies in the fund to one or more spending U agencies in another fund and/or transfer budgeted appropriated monies between Ca spending agencies within a fund, and a o41 WHEREAS, Section 29-1-111.6, CRS, 1973, as amended, provides that, if during o• a4 the fiscal year, the governing body or any spending agency received unanticipated yr W revenue or revenues not assured at the time of the adoption of the budget from 2 any source other than the local government's property tax mill levy, the O governing board of the local government may authorize the expenditure of these W unanticipated or unassured funds by enacting a supplementary budget and appropriation, and - O 03 o p4 WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County has been advised W that supplemental appropriations in accordance with the above need to be made in H fiscal year 1991 in the General Fund, Road and Bridge Fund, Health Fund, Human Resources Fund, Social Services Fund, Capital Expenditures Fund, Solid Waste 1/4O Z N H Fund, Information Services Fund, Ambulance Services Fund, Motor Vehicle IGS Fund, EPBX IGS Fund, Housing Authority and Housing Authority Grant Fund, as more fully o a set forth in Exhibits "A" through "H", attached hereto and incorporated herein W by reference, and co o r�i w WHEREAS, this is a case of an emergency caused by a contingency which would � z not have been reasonably foreseen at the time of the adoption of the 1991 budget, N and O U a WHEREAS, by Section 29-3-114, CRS, 1973, as amended, the governing board of a county does, in an emergency situation, have authority for the expenditure of funds in excess of said budget, by Ordinance duly adopted by two-thirds of the o rn vote of said governing body. Mr H � NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the budgetary appropriations to the 1991 General Fund, Road and Bridge Fund, Health Fund, Human Resources Fund, Social Services Fund, Capital Expenditures Fund, Solid Waste Fund, Information Services Fund, Ambulance Services Fund, Motor Vehicle IGS Fund, PBX IGS Fund, Housing Authority and Housing Authority Grant Fund, as more fully set forth in Exhibits "A" through "H", attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference at this point, which was made necessary by an emergency caused by a contingency which could not have been reasonably foreseen at the time of the adoption of the 1991 budget be, and hereby are, approved. 911802 �Rb 1121,1) Page 2 RE: EMERGENCY ORDINANCE N0. 161-A O BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that an emergency exists which requires that this U Supplemental Appropriation Ordinance No. 161-A is declared to be an Emergency Ordinance under the provisions of Section 3-14 of the Weld County Home Rule u Charter.
