RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENT OF MIKE GUTHRIE TO WELD 911 EMERGENCY TELEPHONE
SERVICE AUTHORITY BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Weld 911 Emergency Telephone
Service Authority Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Mike Guthrie, law enforcement
representative, be reappointed to said board, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reappoint Mike Guthrie to said
board, with his term to expire January 9, 1996.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Mike Guthrie, law enforcement representative, be, and
hereby is, reappointed to the Weld 911 Emergency Telephone Service Authority
Board, with his term to expire January 9, 1996.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted b the following vote on the 3rd day of January, A.D. , 1994.
