Vollmar Cell Site -- Subdivision Exemption Application Narrative Denver Cellular Telephone Company, d/b/a Cellular One, is requesting a subdivision exemption be granted for the leased parcel that is further described in the attached application forms and legal description. This parcel;;will be used as a site for the erection of a 175 ' cellular communications tower and accessory service building . The use` is considered a "public utility facility. " This facility will tie into Cellular One ' s mobile telephone network along the Front Range and provide expanded coverage to areas in Weld County and northern Adams County .
