RE: APPROVE VACATION OF RECORDED EXEMPTION #811 - RICHARD HEIN
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, by Resolution on July 22, 1992, the Board did determine that there
had been a substantial change in the facts and circumstances regarding the
application of Richard Hein for a recorded exemption, and

O U WHEREAS, one reason for approval of said substantial change finding was
that said applicant proposed vacating Recorded Exemption #811, which was approved
UU in 1986, if the Board would allow him to file an application for a recorded
a exemption on the property previously denied, and

a NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld

Staff administratively approved RE-1511 and, as a condition of approval, Mr. Hein
needs to vacate RE-811. To accomplish this, he needs a resolution from the Board
of County Commissioners which stipulates this vacation. Enclosed, please find
a letter from Mr. Hein addressing this issue. I believe the vacation of RE-811
is scheduled for Wednesday, July 14, 1993, at 9:00 a.m. If you have any
