RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENT OF COMMISSIONERS GEORGE E. BAXTER AND DALE K. HALL
TO THE GREELEY-WELD COUNTY AIRPORT AUTHORITY BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Commissioners George E. Baxter and
Dale K. Hall be reappointed to represent the Board of County Commissioners on the
Greeley-Weld County Airport Authority Board, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reappoint Commissioners George E.
Baxter and Dale K. Hall to said board, with their terms to expire December 31,
1994.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Commissioners George E. Baxter and Dale K. Hall be, and
hereby are, reappointed to the Greeley-Weld County Airport Authority Board, with
their terms to expire December 31, 1994.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 3rd day of January, A.D. , 1994.
