were brought before the Board this year. He explained the action which
was taken on the various cases.
Commissioner Lacy moved to adjourn as the Board of Equalization for the
year 1990. Commissioner Kirby seconded the motion, and it carried
unanimously.
This Certification was approved on the 13th day of August, 1990.

NOTICE
DOCKET NO. 90-24
Pursuant to Section 39-8-104 , Colorado Revised Statutes, notice is
hereby given that the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County
Colorado, will sit as the County Board of Equalization, in its
Chambers in the Weld County Centennial Center, 915 10th Street,
Greeley, Colorado, beginning on the 1st day of July, 1990 , to
review the assessment rolls o£ all taxable property located in the
County, as prepared by the Assessor, and to hear appeals from
determinations of the Assessor, and will continue said hearing
from day to day through August 10 , 1990 .
Should any interested party desire the presence of a court
reporter to make a record of the proceedings, in addition to the
taped record which will be kept during the hearing, the Clerk to
the Board ' s Office shall be advised in writing of such action at
least five days prior to the hearing. The cost of engaging a
court reporter shall be borne by the requesting party.
