GUARANTEED BUY-BACK
As part of the agreement between Wagner Equipment Co. and Weld County,
for the purchase of Caterpillar, Model D7H, S/N 79Z04264, delivered
on April 23, 1991, we offer to buy this unit back either when the machine
accumulates 5 years, or 5000 hours from the date of delivery, whichever
occurs first, for $71 ,500.00. Execution of this offer will be at your
discretion. It will not commit you to trading this unit in on another
Caterpillar machine, but will be subject to the following conditions:
1) Machine must be in good and complete operating condition.
2) Machine must be equipped with all attachments and options as
originally delivered.
3) All tires must have at least 50% tread remaining with no significant
carcass damage.
4) All windows in cab must be intact and free of cracks.
In the event this Buy-Back provision is executed, any variation in machine
condition from those described above will be negotiated and may affect
the re-purchase price.
