RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING RECORDED EXEMPTION 01351 - FREMONT PROPERTIES

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with the request for Recorded
Exemption 01351 which was submitted by Fremont Properties c/o Jerry Jefferis for
property which is located in part of the NW4 of Section 25, Township 1 North,
Range 68 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a hearing before the Board was held on June 26, 1991, at which time
the applicant requested the Board to continue said matter until July 10, 1991 at
9:00 a.m. , due to a scheduling conflict.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that this matter be, and hereby is, continued to July 10, 1991,
at 9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 26th day of June, A.D. , 1991.
