RESOLUTION
RE: ACCEPT DEED OF DEDICATION FROM C.P. RICHARDSON AND AUTHORIZE
CHAIRMAN TO SIGN
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners o£ Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
o�U WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a Deed of
Dedication from C.P. Richardson for property described as NE} of

subject: Deed of dedication of a private road located in part of
the NW$ of Section 8, T2N, R68W of the 6th P.M. , Weld
County, Colorado
This is the deed of dedication of a private road for public use from C.P.
Richardson. The road will provide access to the City of Longmont's Sludge
Composting facility. Dedication of the access was a condition of approval
for Change of Zone case #454.
The Department of Planning Services' staff requests that the Board of County
Commissioners accept the deed of dedication as a public road, not accept the
road for maintenance, and authorize the Chairman to sign.
