Schuett, Current Planner subject: Deed of dedication of a private road located in part of the NW$ of Section 8, T2N, R68W of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado This is the deed of dedication of a private road for public use from C.P. Richardson. The road will provide access to the City of Longmont's Sludge Composting facility. Dedication of the access was a condition of approval for Change of Zone case #454. The Department of Planning Services' staff requests that the Board of County Commissioners accept the deed of dedication as a public road, not accept the road for maintenance, and authorize the Chairman to sign. c: &ICU] j. c/Jk'.
