RE: Project Completion Report for CDBG Contract #91-607
Dear Commissioner Harbert:
We have received and reviewed the Project Completion Report (PCR) for Weld County's Human
Services Building Renovation Project. The report has been found to be complete and has been
accepted. We have conditionally closed out this project as of January 31, 1993, the date your
contract expired.
Since there was no program income on hand on the date your contract expired,the project close-
out is conditioned only on completion of the audit requirements.
We have enjoyed working with you and your staff on this project and hope that we can continue
to assist you in addressing your community development needs.
