RE: APPROVE PURCHASE OF USED OFFSET MOWER FROM TOMAR SERVICES
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Purchasing Policies and Procedures require that
all used property be purchased by Board Resolution, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been advised that the Weld County Road and Bridge
Department is in need of an offset mower, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that a used offset mower be purchased from
Tomar Services, said mower being described as 1 Wood S106 Offset Mower, for a
total purchase price of $2,500.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, hereby authorizes the purchase of the hereinabove described
offset mower from Tomar Services, for a total purchase price of $2,500.00.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 23rd day of March, A.D. , 1992.
