RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF JUDY SCHMIDT AS ALTERNATE TO NORTH FRONT RANGE
WATER QUALITY PLANNING ASSOCIATION
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, on July 27, 1987, the Weld County Board of Commissioners joined
the North Front Range Water Quality Planning Association and ratified the
Articles of Assocation, and
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Articles of Association, the Board of
County Commissioners must designate an alternate, and
WHEREAS, the Board wishes to designate Judy Schmidt, Environmental
Protection Services Supervisor, as the alternate.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Judy Schmidt be, and hereby is, designated as the
alternate to the North Front Range Water Quality Planning Association.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 8th day of January, A.D. , 1992.
