As we discussed today, the purpose of this letter is to confirm that the
conditions of approval for Amended Special Use Permit 44, as approved by the
Board of County Commissioners on September 30, 1992, have been met.
The property must be operated in compliance with the development standards as
approved by the Board.

Dear Mr. Thorpe:
A review of the existing septic systems that were evaluated by Steven Butherus
of Norton, Underwood, and Lamb was conducted by Pam Smith on January 12, 1993.
The facilities evaluated were:
1. Sheep Building (G-700541) 5. New Shop Building (G-939005)
2. Feed Mill (G-711229) 6. Fertilizer Plant (G-939006)
3. Egg Proc. Plant (G-732512) 7. Office (G-910079)
4. Layhouse #5 (G-939004)
All facilities are located at 15121 Weld County Road 32, Platteville, Colorado,
Section 15, Township 03 North, Range 66 West. The existing individual septic
disposal systems are of sufficient size and capacity to adequately handle the
proposed load of each facility.
