Dear Mr. Klute:
The Department of Planning Services' staff has reviewed your proposal to build
an addition to the existing office building located in the NE4 of Section 18,
T3N, R64W of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, and has determined that this addition
will not be considered a major change of SUP-112 as approved in 1971.

Re : Building Permit
Horton Feedlots Inc . is planning to build an addition onto an
exsistinq office building , and also plans on remodeling the exsisti-nq
ottice . The reason we want this addition is to 1 ) improve the quality
of our exsisti-nq ottice , 2 ) to have adaquate ottice square footage for
our current of4-ice staff, 3 ) to have a basement to properly store our
permanent records tile , which currently we have no extra space now and
4.4) to have an office that has adaquErt:e working space to enable us to
manage our business to it ' s potential .
Upon completion of this project we arc not planning to increase
labor force at all , currently we have 7 people including myself working
in our exsisting office and it will remain that. Also , we will not need
to have any additional parking area , what is currently used tor parkine
area is more than Butt i c:i erit for the new ottice .
Ted Bossier will be providing you with the plot plan .
