REQUEST
We are requesting this Subdivision Exemption for financing purposes .
We Wish to build a house on 12 acres of the total 106 acres we
own and use as agricultural land . We are currently unable to
reside on our agricultural land because there is no home there .
With this Subdivision Exemption for financing purposes we will be
able to secure funds to build the house and continue to farm the
remaining acres .

called the BANK.This promissory note is dated the same day as this deed of trust and is in the principal sum of$ 160,000.00
and is payable in installments, (the fast installment is due May 1 2007
with interest as shown in the promissory note.The promissory note states the interest rates on the principal sum, and it also provides
for future changes in the interest rates.

The GRANTOR, to secure his promissory note,does by this deed of trust grant and convey to the said Public Trustee the following
