RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF COMMISSIONER GEORGE KENNEDY TO THE E-911 TELEPHONE
AUTHORITY BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant
to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the
authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Commissioner George Kennedy be appointed
to represent the Board of County Commissioners on the E-911 Telephone Authority
Board, and
WHEREAS , the Board deems it advisable to appoint Commissioner Kennedy to said
Board, with his term to expire December 31, 1991.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Commissioner Kennedy be, and hereby is , appointed to the E-
911 Telephone Authority Board, with his term to expire December 31, 1991.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 2nd day of January, A.D. , 1991.
