RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF WILLIAM NYGREN TO WELD COUNTY UNDESIRABLE PLANT
MANAGEMENT ADVISORY COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Weld County Undesirable Plant
Management Advisory Commission, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that William Nygren be appointed to said
commission, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint William Nygren to said
commission, with his term to expire August 19, 1993.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that William Nygren be, and hereby is, appointed to the Weld
County Undesirable Plant Management Advisory Commission, with his term to expire
August 19, 1993.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 8th day of June, A.D. , 1992.
