RESOLUTION
RE: APPROVE RELEASE OF COLLATERAL FOR PLOWING PERMIT #92-02 - HILLMAN
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board did, by Resolution dated May 11, 1992, approve Plowing
Permit #92-02 for V. H. Hillman concerning property described as part of the NE*
and NI SE,' of Section 25, Township 11 North, Range 60 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld
County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to said Permit, collateral in the form of Personal
Check #4309, in the amount of $3, 000.00, was submitted to Weld County, and
WHEREAS, V. H. Hillman has now put said property back to grass and desires
to obtain said collateral, and
WHEREAS, Bruce Barker, County Attorney, has reviewed said matter and
recommends release of said collateral, and it has been determined by the Board
that the collateral being held by Weld County is no longer necessary to secure
said Permit, and
WHEREAS, upon recommendation of staff, the Board deems it advisable to
release said collateral.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the collateral for Plowing Permit #92-02 for V. H.
Hillman, in the form of Personal Check #4309 in the amount of $3, 000.00, be, and
hereby is, released.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Clerk to the Board be, and
hereby is, directed to return said collateral to the appropriate issuing party.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 17th day of November, A.D. , 1993.

Dear Board of County Commissioners :
On May 11, 1992 the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County
issued to me a plowing permit (No. 92-02) . At that time, I
submitted a $3,000 personal check as collateral . Enclosed is a
copy of the Resolution and a copy of the Permit 92-02 .
I have now put the property back to grass . The stand of grass is
healthy and is doing well . I now desire to obtain the collateral
of $3, 000, given that the property is back to grass .
Bruce Barker, Weld County Attorney, suggested that I write to you
to express my desires . Please let me know if I can obtain my
collateral and any other procedures I may need to complete in order
to do so.
