AMENDMENT TO ORDER

WELD COUNTY BOARD OF EQUALIZATION,
Respondent.
THE BOARD OF ASSESSMENT APPEALS hereby amends its March 19,
1993 order in the above-captioned appeal to reflect the following:
Paragraph 3 is hereby amended to read as
follows:
The parties agreed that the 1992 assessed
value of the subject property should be
reduced to $3 , 237, 800. This will result in a
reduction in the total actual value of Weld
County Schedule Number 0965-23-0-00-002 from
$14, 468 , 933 . 00 to $12 , 956, 071. 00.
In all other respects, the March 19 , 1993 Order shall remain
in full force and effect.
