This agreement is granted to Joe Baldwin and immediate family, and to any future legal assignee to Recorded Exemption # 1500 of Weld County, Colorado, as approved May 26, 1993 In consideration of this agreement, Joe Baldwin permanently and irrevocably agrees that all power lines to the proposed additional dwelling either be buried from any of the existing power poles or in such a manner that no new power poles be installed within 100 feet of the Crust/Baldwin North/South boundary to accommodate the new dwelling.
