Home My WebLink About920189.tiffRESOLUTION RE: APPROVAL OF ADDITION OF EXTENDED HOURS TO TAVERN LIQUOR LICENSE NO. 92-06 ISSUED TO ISAURO AND HELEN CHAVEZ, DBA EL ROJO WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, Isauro and Helen Chavez, dba El RoJo, have submitted a request to add extended hours to their existing Tavern Liquor License No. 92-06, and WHEREAS, pursuant to Weld County Ordinance No. 6, Section II, C., said applicants have submitted the appropriate fees for the addition of extended hours, and WHEREAS, said applicants have received approval from the State for said extended hours. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that extended hours be, and hereby are, granted to Isauro and Helen Chavez, dba El RoJo, to expire February 22, 1993.
