HomeMy WebLinkAbout940550.tiff RESOLUTION RE: APPROVE QUIT CLAIM DEED WITH TOWN OF EATON AND AUTHORIZE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN - NW,' 56, T6N, R65W WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a Quit Claim Deed from the County of Weld, State of Colorado, by and through the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, to the Town of Eaton, with terms and conditions being as stated in said deed, and WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to approve said deed for a strip or parcel of ground within the boundaries of the NW,' of Section 6, Township 6 North, Range 65 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado, being more particularly described in said deed, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the Quit Claim Deed from the County of Weld, State of Colorado, by and through the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, to the Town of Eaton for the above described parcel be, and hereby is, approved. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chairman be, and hereby is, authorized to sign said deed.
