Union Pacific Railroad Company ( the Company) has
determined that the amount of annual rental or license fee
specified in the above-referenced agreement does not cover the
Company' s cost of collecting and processing your payment each
year. Therefore, please be advised the Company has elected to
defer collection of future rental or license fees under the
agreement. We will no longer be rendering annual bills to you.
However, the Company does reserve the right to reinstate col-
lection of the rental/fees at any time upon notice to you.
Non-collection of the rental/fees shall in no way affect
your obligation to make other payments to the Company, as pro-
vided in the above-referenced agreement, nor shall it affect any
of your other obligations under this agreement.
