RE: GRANT REQUEST FROM THOMAS E. SELDERS ON BEHALF OF W.S.W. , INC. , FOR
PREADVERTISEMENT OF CHANGE OF ZONE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has received a request from Thomas E. Selders, on behalf
of W.S.W. , Inc. , for preadvertisement of an application for a Change of Zone from
C-3 (Commercial) to I-3 (Industrial), and
WHEREAS, said property being located in part of the W? of Section 29,
Township 6 North, Range 65 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, after study and review the Board deems it advisable to grant said
request, with the hearing date to be set as June 1, 1992, at or about the hour
of 9:00 a.m.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the request from Thomas E. Selders, on behalf of W.S.W. ,
Inc. , for preadvertisement of an application for a Change of Zone from C-3
(Commercial) to I-3 (Industrial) be, and hereby is, granted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the hearing date to consider said
request be, and hereby is, set as June 1, 1992, at or about the hour of 9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 27th day of April, A.D. , 1992.

Pursuant to the zoning laws of the State of Colorado and the Weld County Zoning
Ordinance, a public hearing will be held in the Chambers of the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, Weld County Centennial Center, 915 10th
Street, First Floor, Greeley, Colorado, at the time specified. All persons in
any manner interested in the following proposed Change of Zone are requested to
attend and may be heard.
Should the applicant or any interested party desire the presence of a court
reporter to make a record of the proceedings, in addition to the taped record
which will be kept during the hearing, the Clerk to the Board's Office shall be
advised in writing of such action at least five days prior to the hearing. The
cost of engaging a court reporter shall be borne by the requesting party.
BE IT ALSO KNOWN that the text and maps so certified by the Weld County Planning
Commission may be examined in the office of the Clerk to the Board of County
Commissioners, located in the Weld County Centennial Center, 915 10th Street,
Third Floor, Greeley, Colorado.

Re: Rezoning Case Number Z-471
Dear Clerk to the Board:
WSW , Inc . hereby requests preadvertising for the Board of
County Commissioner' s hearing for applications relating to
rezoning case number Z-471 . The reason for this request is
that WSW, Inc . is currently in the process of purchasing the
subject property from the Union Pacific Railroad Company .
The purchase is contingent upon rezoning of the property and
it is necessary to expedite the process as much as is
possible .
