SELDERS ON BEHALF OF W.S.W. , INC. , FOR PREADVERTISEMENT OF CHANGE OF ZONE WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board has received a request from Thomas E. Selders, on behalf of W.S.W. , Inc. , for preadvertisement of an application for a Change of Zone from C-3 (Commercial) to I-3 (Industrial), and WHEREAS, said property being located in part of the W? of Section 29, Township 6 North, Range 65 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, after study and review the Board deems it advisable to grant said request, with the hearing date to be set as June 1, 1992, at or about the hour of 9:00 a.m. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the request from Thomas E. Selders, on behalf of W.S.W. , Inc. , for preadvertisement of an application for a Change of Zone from C-3 (Commercial) to I-3 (Industrial) be, and hereby is, granted.
