RESOLUTION
RE: ACCEPT THREE QUITCLAIM DEEDS FROM HARVEY D. SHUPE AND ELAINE M. MYLANDER,
ISLA M. AND WILLIAM MAHAN, AND CHARLES BRET MYLANDER
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with three Quitclaim Deeds concerning
three parcels lying within Section 4, Township 5 North, Range 66 West of the 6th
P.M. , Weld County, Colorado, said property being further described in the
attached, and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to accept said
Quitclaim Deeds from Harvey D. Shupe and Elaine M. Mylander, Isla M. and William
Mahan, and Charles Bret Mylander, copies of which are attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the hereinabove described Quitclaim Deeds be, and hereby
are, accepted.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 6th day of July, A.D. , 1992.

hereinafter called GRANTOR, whether one or more, and County of Weld, State of
Colorado, whose address is PO Box 758, Greeley, CO 80632, hereinafter called
COUNTY.
WITNESSETH, That the GRANTOR for in consideration of the sum of Three-
Hundred-Seventy-Five and No/100 Dollars ($ 375.00 ) and other
valuable consideration, to GRANTOR in hand paid by the COUNTY, the receipt
whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, does remise, release, sell,
convey and QUITCLAIM unto the COUNTY, forever, all the right, title, interest,
claim and demand which the GRANTOR has in and to the following described lot
or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the County of Weld, State of
Colorado, to wit:

of the COUNTY.
