SUBJECT: NORTH WELD SANITARY LANDFILL
QUALITY ASSURANCE/QUALITY CONTROL MONITORING AND TEST
RESULTS FOR PHASE I MODULE I CELL CONSTRUCTION
Dear Mr. Cooper:
Enclosed is one copy of ATEC's report entitled, "Final Report, Quality
Assurance/Quality Control Monitoring and Test Results For Phase I,
Module 1 Cell Construction, North Weld Sanitary Landfill, " dated
December 31, 1991. This report has been prepared as required by the
Special Review Permit issued June 27, 1990. By copy of this letter and
enclosure, we are requesting review and approval from the Weld County
Health Department (WCHD) and the Colorado Department of Health (CDH) .
Our planned date for opening the North Weld Sanitary Landfill is January
15, 1992. Given your current work load and commitments, we recognize
you may not be able to complete your review within this time frame. We
therefore request review and approval by WCHD and CDH at your earliest
conveniences.
If you have any questions during your review of this document, please do
