We are requesting this subdivision exemption so that we may add another water tank adjacent to the existing one. This expansion is necessary because of additional growth and higher demands being placed upon the North Weld Water System. We believe an expansion at this site would best serve our needs while having the least amount of impact to any neighbors. In fact, Cactus Hill Ranch Company, whom we are purchasing the property from is the adjacent land owner on all three sides and have indicated they do not object in any way to our proposal .
