processed by our office on or before August 1, 1989. If it is determined
that the application meets the approval criteria of Section 9-3 E. of the
Weld County Subdivision Regulations, you will be notified that the
subdivision exemption is approved. If the staff determines that the
application does not meet the approval criteria, you will be notified and
asked to appear before the Board of County Commissioners at a public
hearing. You will be informed of the hearing date prior to the hearing.
The Board of County Commissioners will then consider your application and
make a final decision on the subdivision exemption.

Dear Brian:
We are hereby requesting a subdivision exemption for a parcel of
land located in Section 17, Township 7 North, Range 67 West of
the 6th P.M. and indicated on the accompanying application.
We are requesting this subdivision exemption so that we may add
another water tank adjacent to the existing one. This expansion
is necessary because of additional growth and higher demands
being placed upon the North Weld Water System. We believe an
expansion at this site would best serve our needs while having
the least amount of impact to any neighbors. In fact, Cactus
Hill Ranch Company, whom we are purchasing the property from is
the adjacent land owner on all three sides and have indicated
they do not object in any way to our proposal .
