RE: Intentions for installing LP tank and dispensing hose.
The purpose of this letter is to inform you that we intend to
replace the 500 gal . propane tank (heat supply for shop) with a 12, 500
gal. tank. This new tank will also be used for storage of propane to
' fuel our pick-up trucks . As drawn on the plot plan, the piping will
run from the tank to a point outside the fence where the fuel will be
dispensed into vehicle tanks . All the lines will be buried. All that
will be visible outside the fence will be a meter enclosed in a steel
box, approximately 1.6"x 30"x 42" in size and a fill hose.
In November of 1987 , Golden Buckeye was granted a Use by Special
Review permit to build a shop at our yard. We are submitting this
letter to request that this would not be considered a major change to
the USR.
We ask that you please review this in your staff meeting.
Please note, Golden Buckeye Petroleum Corp. (GB Services) has
changed its name to Prima Oil and Gas .
